Gideon’s approach to leadership was shaped long before Arete was created. Through competitive powerlifting and years of experience in sales and leadership, he learned that meaningful growth requires discipline, consistency, and a commitment to becoming better.
Gideon is a sales and leadership professional who built his foundation through years of competitive powerlifting, learning firsthand that success comes from discipline, consistency, and a commitment to growth. Through his experience developing people and leading sales teams, he created Arete to build more than successful salespeople, but to develop leaders who take ownership, raise the standard, and create lasting impact.
